Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch/shipping only.

Once shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

Return/Replacement Policy

Replacement is applicable only for damaged, defective, or wrong product delivered.

Return request must be raised within 3-5 days of delivery with unboxing/video proof.

Opened/used products cannot be returned due to hygiene & safety reasons (supplements).

Refund

Once the returned product is verified, refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days.

Refund will be credited to the original payment method only.
